A free course will teach the benefits of lso interested contracts with energy service companies (25/10/2011)

It will take place next Thursday at the headquarters of German and is open to both public officials and general

The Local Energy Agency of Murcia (Alem) receives, on Thursday 27 at its headquarters contracts Course Energy Service Companies (ESCO's), a free course and is open to both public officials and general

This course will enable participants to fully understand this type of contract, the various municipal services contract may be subject to ESCOs and improvements that can expect to get.

It also taught the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional grouping of multiple services in one contract, one vendor for all services or more energy service providers by municipality.

Energy Service Contracts are a model contract that regardless of the legal formula is used, is sought, it is the private person to assume the management of the facilities of producers and consumers manage, and fund investments are few necessary to achieve the savings set out above.

Thus, these contracts are of interest to the various authorities both in the management of buildings, public lighting installations.

This will achieve the objectives set by the European Directive 2006/32 which are known as the 20/20/20 and that implies a reduction in primary energy consumption and CO2 emissions by 20% and is also a 20% energy from renewable sources.

The course will mpartido by the Official College of Industrial Engineers and the Association of Engineers of the Region of Murcia COIIRM / AIIRM developing its collaboration agreement with Argemir Argemir within the Forum and the measures envisaged in the Action Plan 2008-2012, (PAE4 +) Strategy and Efficiency Savings Contract organizing the course ESE: Energy Service Companies - ESCO's in municipalities.

Outlook and situation in Spain.

2.

Business model:

· Appearance legal.

· Appearance financial statements.

· Appearance Contract.

3.

Need previous energy studies.

Diagnosis and energy audit.

4.

Preparation of tender documents.

The contract and its phases.

In the afternoon, 16 to 19 hours, will address the following areas

Optimization of the energy bill.

6.

Contracting for electrical and gas supplies.

7.

Commentary on case studies.
