Lecture 'Introduction to the new energy regulations edificatorio' (20/10/2011)

Technical Engineer Bosch, Alvaro Sanchez has lectured this evening in the UCAM on the regulation of heating in buildings

"A building has a long shelf life and if we build it right the first time, we can generate savings to society throughout the life span of it."

This forceful engineer has shown the Technical Department of the Bosch Buderus, Alvaro Sanchez, who has spoken this afternoon at the UCAM on the regulation of heating in buildings.

Notable among the audience, the Managing Director of the Agency for Energy Management in the Region of Murcia (ARGEM), Teodoro Garcia, or the Regional Sales Manager Eastern part of the brand Junker, Abellan Martinez Ambrosio.

The rapporteur has said that along with the Technical Building Code and other standards, "it manages to improve the quality of the buildings from the point of view of energy and health and safety for people."

Furthermore, Alvaro Sanchez said that "having a specific standard regarding how to perform a minimum quality facilities, is an advantage for a modern society like ours."

On the fact of whether or not the regulations are met in new buildings, the engineer said that "control mechanisms to verify compliance with the applicable standard and punished."

Expenditure-benefit

Alvaro Sanchez has stated in reference to the rising cost of a building by the application of these standards, the percentage of increase is small compared to the total of what is built.

"The fact improve insulation, enclosures, air quality in the building, equipment performance and heat generation of cold and other things, makes more than offset the initial extra cost," he added.
