The University of Murcia will host tomorrow, day 7, in the Plaza of Sustainability Campus Espinardo, taste organic products Murcia.
The initiative is promoted by the Department of Plant Biology, the draft Sustainable Campus of the University and the company Biomurcia sll in order to bring culture to campus farmer.
Anyone interested in this activity can sample local varieties of roasted squash, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, onion (ratatouille, salad Murcia, rin-ran) and rice with beans Moorish.
The activities, which begin at 12:00 hours, including workshops seed extraction and graft and visits to organic orchards Espinardo campus.
