The Governing Board Room of the City of Murcia has welcomed this morning the General Meeting of Shareholders in which MERCAMURCIA have appointed new directors of the company: Ms. Judith Garries Andrea Medina, Mrs. and Mrs. Esther Herguedas Maria Aparicio Dolores Martínez Alarcón.
Here was held the Board of Directors where they have taken office the new counselors.
Today's meeting also served to address the progress of the Food Unit, noting the success of the slaughterhouse, with increases in the volume of sacrifice during the study period compared with those obtained in 2010.
However, in other markets there has been some declines in trading volumes.
Separate proposals have been approved for the joint procurement of electricity supply and general insurance policies through MERCASA, which means, in both cases, the achievement of better economic conditions for the Food Unit.
The Board also approved the proposal to update the rates of the various services offered by the Food Unit.
