The architects will join the Urban Design Commission to ensure the good image of public spaces (27/09/2011)

The Mayor has held this morning with Dean, Antonio Garcia Herrero, who also thanked his collaboration in the development of the Municipal Administrative Simplification Measures

The Official College of Architects of Murcia will be part of the Urban Design Commission in the creation of the City Council works.

Dean, Antonio García Herrero, has accepted the invitation made by the Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, to join this council, which will be the task of reporting, review and determine the criteria for selection of sculptures, furniture and items ornamental to be installed in urban spaces.

The ultimate goal is to ensure a good image and decorum in interventions that affect the image of public spaces.

House, who has held a meeting this morning with Antonio Garcia also thanked the Dean of Murcia architects for the cooperation of the professional association in the development of the Municipal Administrative Simplification Measures in the Field of Implementation and Enforcement Activities Works.

Approval, which is part of the agenda of the plenary to be held on Thursday, responding to the claim minimize paperwork and steps that employers must meet in order to promote the opening of businesses and companies in the municipality.

In this sense, cooperation between the two institutions will be strengthened with a new initiative, after House and Herrero have agreed to establish appropriate mechanisms, by signing an agreement to facilitate visa processing speed of the college administration, thereby promoting measures to reduce the bureaucratic administrative procedures.
