The Physiotherapist of the Spanish basketball team, yesterday proclaimed European Champion after beating France in the Final in Lithuania 2011, David Urban, holds an undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy at the Universidad Catolica San Antonio (UCAM) between 2001 and 2004.

Notably, David Urban, who also serves as a physiotherapist Granada Basketball Club, was elected last June by the Spanish Basketball Federation to join the national team coaching staff, with an eye on the disputed Eurobasket 31 August to 18 September in the Lithuanian city of Kaunas.

To Urban, this is his second collaboration with a national team, having worked in the summer of 2008 with the selection Promises, directed by Alfred Julbe then.
