Leonardo Morlino open tomorrow, Wednesday, November 7, the X Congress of Political Science and Administration, which organized the University of Murcia and in which more than 500 professors and political scientists, making it the biggest event of the matter in Spain.
Morlino, president of the International Political Science Association, will host a conference on the quality of democracy in Europe and Latin America.
It will be at 19:00 am in the auditorium of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Campus de Espinardo.
This place will also stage (Thursday 8 to 16:00 hours) of the panel on "Politics in the network," in which he participates Philippe C.
Schmitter, recognized this year with the award Skitt, considered the Nobel Prize in Political Science.
In the table intervene Pablo Mieres, a candidate for the Presidency of Uruguay, Mario Riordan adviser government of Cristina Kirchner, Joan Botella, president of the European Audiovisual Council, and Montse Fernandez, coordinator of the Master in Political Communication Foundation Ortega y Gasset.
Other panel discussions, book presentations and working groups of professionals present a complete schedule of the Congress which will discuss the current and controversial issues of Political Science and Administration.
The meeting is organized by the Department of Political Science and Administration, University of Murcia, runs until Friday in the Lecture Giner, Faculty of Sciences of the said Work and Faculty of Economics.
