The University of Murcia has signed an agreement of collaboration with the diagram in which the educational institution students will practice in schools that this entity dedicated to groups at risk of social exclusion is in France, England and Poland.
In addition, the agreement will allow the development of practices in the facilities that also in the Region of Murcia and other Spanish regions, as revealed in Convalescence Professor initiator of the agreement, Antonio Velandrino and President of the Foundation Psychosocial Intervention Chart Francisco Legaz.
Antonio Velandrino referred to the scope of the collaboration, which extends the one signed in 2001 and includes the joint research projects, cooperation in outreach programs and social awareness and development training for teachers, students, professionals and stakeholders.
For Francisco Legaz, president of the Foundation based in Murcia, "Diagram had to go a step further to investigate and innovate and think that the University of Murcia was the best traveling companion."
Similarly, the rector of the University, José Antonio Cobacho recalled that twentieth year Diagram doing social work which he described as "extraordinary" and said the Murcia "we must be proud of a foundation that serves more than 10,000 people and has been recognized with numerous awards. "
The Foundation, together with other actions, is responsible for prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of people at risk of social exclusion, with special emphasis on childhood, family, youth and women, as well as those found in situation of dependency by age, illness or physical or mental disability.
