The IU-Greens Councillor Esther Herguedas Murcia today considered a "mistake" the disappearance of the Planning Commission because it assumes, in his opinion, "a less knowledge of urban affairs, which will be addressed in depth."
To Herguedas the fact that the issues addressed by the Commission are dealt with from now on another that brings other issues "complex" as finance and procurement, leading to "a lack of effectiveness", which would prevent deal "in depth" all affecting urban planning.
Moreover, "this will be an added difficulty because IU-Greens has made a balanced distribution of functions between the two councilors who in no way correspond to the distribution of the powers of the two commissions of plenary," he concluded.
