The Governing Board of the City of Murcia has this morning approved the contract specifications for the service orientation and training for use of Municipal Resource Center Alquerías of the Department of Employment, led by José María Tortosa.

The options offered in the Resource Center for Training and Employment Alquerías are: computer at various levels, geriatrics hospitality, languages ​​and techniques for job searching, plus they are offered free training courses and occupational activities are career guidance and self-employment.

76 users Alquerías Resource Center have found employment throughout 2010.

These 49 women and 27 men with a mean age of 34 years.

Mainly working as administrative assistant, dependent, in supermarkets, malls, maids, cleaning and clinical assistant.

The Centre has sent a selection process to 142 people.

Over the past year, 891 people made use of the various resources offered, of which 564 were women and 327 men.

258 users were Stables, 56 districts of Murcia, 385 other districts of the municipality and 192 villages near Murcia.

During 2010, 43 courses were given, 12 the area of ​​trade and business, 16 new technologies, career guidance 7 and 8 and training services to the community, with a total of 1,172 hours of theoretical and practical training.

These courses have assisted 600 people and 159 women -441 men, most between 25 and 45 years.

In addition, technicians from the center have helped to make and update CV 282, 66 students have done internships are unpaid and 1373 users have used the center's 15 computers to seek employment and access training.
