San Antonio Catholic University of Murcia has celebrated this morning a seminar on 'Security of the people', organized by the law degree from the University, General Directorate of Public Safety and Emergency of the CARM, the School of Legal Practice UCAM, and the Union of Officers of the Guardia Civil.
The course is framed on the campus of UCAM Summer 2011.
During the seminar have been involved, among others, the sergeant of the Autonomous Police and ASP instructor, David Berengueras, the General Director of Public Safety and Emergency of the CARM, Luis Gestoso, the head of the Brigade of Public Safety Chief Superior de Murcia, Ignacio del Olmo, and the president of the Union of Officers of the Guardia Civil, Francisco García.
The assistant dean of law degree from Catholic University, Francisco de la Torre has said that during the training session, attendees were able to understand the role played by security forces.
He also highlighted the significant commitment that the UCAM is doing for the training of security, "as reflected in the Master of Security Science offered by the Catholic University of Murcia, and already has an academic year of experience and has a very successful student, "he assured the Tower.
The sergeant of the Autonomous Police and ASP instructor, David Berengueras, which has been the first to speak, has spoken on the face to face with armed intervention, and how members of security have to react to a difficult situation and violent.
Notably Berengueras is researching neuroscience applied to police work.

Also during the ceremony, representatives of the Police in Madrid and Mallorca have made a practice show reduction tools.
