The University of Murcia held on Monday, June 20, a round table about the Law of Science, Technology and Innovation, which will involve the Secretary of State for Research, Ministry of Science and Innovation, Felipe Pétriz.

The debate, chaired by the rector of the University of Murcia, José Antonio Cobacho to partake also the CEO of Universities and Science Policy in the Region of Murcia, Eduardo Osuna, the Area Coordinator of Agricultural Sciences, CSIC, Carlos Garcia and Vice Chancellor for Research at the University of Alicante, Manuel Palomar.

Participants will discuss the changes introduced by the new Act (new figures of recruitment, mobility schemes, creation of the State Investigation Agency, etc..) Replacing the previous Law on Science, which was in force for twenty years.

At the end of the debate, which begins at 11:30 am in the School of Informatics, Campus Espinardo and can be followed live via the University website will open an open question shift in the audience the act.
