We believe that the embryo is a person, even before they have developed in the form and function of the cerebral cortex, and added that "this new human being has acquired and is possessed of such dignity that can not be destroyed in the name of freedom , for games of a culture of death which claim the right to decide the lives of others. For the term pre-embryo, Jiménez Collado is satisfied that it is merely a legal fiction, "a linguistic artifact that has no scientific or ethical basis as is used to destroy an unborn life," he qualified.
