Paul Preston offered at the University of Murcia a lecture on the Civil War (08/06/2011)

The famous English Hispanist Paul Preston will speak today, Wednesday, Day 8, at the University of Murcia on his latest book: "The Spanish Holocaust", a work in describing the repression carried out by both sides during the Spanish civil war and immediate postwar period.

The conference will be held at 20:00 am in the Chamber of the Faculty of Arts on the campus of Merced.

The activity is organized by the Department of Modern History, Contemporary and Latin at the University of Murcia, in the international seminar "New Sources for the Writing of History."
