Juan David Gonzalez and Jose Miguel Moreno have obtained the two runners up
The young chef Vicente Hernández and saucer 'Galician beef tartare, sea urchin butter and soy sabayon' was the winner of Creajoven 2011 in the form of Gastronomy.
Hernandez will get 1,500 euros.
Chefs Juan David Gonzalez with 'asparagus with plump chicken cannelloni and pear juice, mushrooms, citrus afuerga'pitu and air', and José Miguel Moreno with 'Foie fresh beans and cured ham soup' have obtained a second prize each worth 900 euros.
The winning recipes will be compiled into a publication.
This time, the recipes have been prepared with meat.
Ten young chefs have come to the end of this municipal contest, organized by the Department of Youth, directed by María Dolores Sánchez, and yesterday showed his culinary skills by cooking the dishes before a jury of the Councillor for Youth and professionals Pablo Gonzalez Patxi Larrosa, David Lopez and Pepe Carreño Salmerón.
