Four proposals will be developed with the aim of choosing a winning project

The competition for the redevelopment of the avenue of El Palmar and has jury.

The Governing Board today approved the project members who will decide the winner.

The jury will consist of: Council of Planning, Director General of Housing and Architecture, Director of Services of the Planning Department, Head of Urban Management Service, Chief Planning Technician, Dean of the College of Architecture, Dean of the Association of Civil Engineers, Canales y Puertos, architect and member of the Governing Board of the Official College of Architects of the Region of Murcia and the architect of the Villa Mariano Sanz, invited by the Planning Department.

The secretary is the deputy director of the General Services Planning Department.

This competition developed between the Planning Department and the College of Architects of Murcia, is to remodel the avenue of El Palmar, structuring and improve their appearance.

The jury will select four proposals from the papers, which will go to the next sentence, and get 5,000 euros each.

The second stage of the competition will be the development of the four finalists to choose a winner.

There will be meetings with those selected to give the date for submission of proposals.

Participants will engage in an oral presentation.

The jury will select the winning idea, you'll get the award of contract drafting services for the project and its execution, or a prize of 20,000 euros, if not opt ​​for this assignment.
