Open the deadline for companies to submit bids to train future workers in the Airport (09/05/2011)

Courses taught for a thousand people unemployed

Because the term is open to companies interested in training people who work in the International Airport of Murcia to submit their proposals.

The BORM has published the notice and stakeholders have a period of 15 calendar days (until 24th May) to submit bids.

The City will contract the service selection and training employees to work at the International Airport of Murcia.

This is the implementation of the agreement signed for this purpose between the Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Ángel Cámara, and the president of the Regional Employment Service and Training, Sotoca Constantine, on 21 January.

The courses will train about a thousand unemployed in job profiles that require the future airport.

Of these, 575 will be hired and the rest will be made available to the concessionaire, Aeromur, to meet future needs.

The training offer includes the following specialties:

- CGA Technical Operations

- Technical maintenance of CGA

- Ramp Service Agent

- Airport Services Agent

- Environment international airport and Murcia airport

- Cleaning Services Airport

- Airport Security.

Basics

- Driving license platform

- Administrative airport services

- Dependent / a hubs

- Catering services in aviation hub

- Agent Platform

- Airport Firefighter

- Vigilante airport security

- Care for Disabled

It is intended that courses and guidance measures to ensure the acquisition of specific skills required to ensure normal operation of the airport, and the subsequent selection and deployment of workers whose profiles fit the jobs to be generated.

These specialties will be able to add others that are deemed necessary.

The training actions are organized by the Department of Employment, headed Beatriz Hontoria.

The companies that submitted for this service will have to be familiar with the airport sector, about the project and have experience in this type of training.

Murcia City Council will provide classrooms and furniture needed for theoretical training courses while the tenderer shall propose the necessary infrastructure to carry out the practice.

This initiative will cost 575,000 euros, provided by the SEF and 80% financed by the European Social Fund.

Training courses will begin in the summer.
