The auroros music shares the stage with flamenco and folk verse in the XII Festival Murcia Tres Culturas (11/04/2011)

The fusion of rhythms and sounds is one of the hallmarks of the International Festival for Tolerance Murcia Tres Culturas, which this year presented as a new sample that will sound three styles of traditional music in the Region of Murcia: the auroras, the flamenco and folk verse.

Entitled 'Tañidores at dawn', the concert will take place on Saturday 28 May from 8.30 pm in the Church of Santa Ana de Murcia, and six crews meet auroros: Brotherhood of Our Lady of Carmen ( Rincón de Seca), Campana Virgen del Rosario (Javalí New), Hermandad Virgen del Rosario Aurora (Javalí Viejo), Brotherhood of Our Lady of the Rosary (Santa Cruz), Our Lady of the Rosary Campaign (Rincón de Seca) and Bell Auroros Nuestra Señora del Rosario (El Palmar).

Auroros share the stage with Francisco Miguel Ponce Peña 'The Harrier', renowned guitarist in the world of flamenco and ballads, and Isabel López Nicolás, singer specializing in those styles with numerous awards and honors.

The interpretation of these two artists will give way to songs of auroras.

This exhibition, promoted especially for the Festival Murcia Tres Culturas, seeks to value the traditional music of the region, this time converging on a religious theme, and combine in a single project musical styles that are often developed in very peculiar, even outside the conventional scenarios in the case of Aurora Ridge.

The contents included in the program of 'Tañidores at dawn' aim to connect with the religious sentiments of believers, worshipers and devotees of the Virgin, although from different musical expressions that form, in whole, a valuable Intangible Heritage of Humanity.

The protagonists of this show unless construed under regular cycles and passion, and various flamenco songs (milonga, solea, Colombia and campanilleros) and minstrels (guajiras and fandangos to Malaga Trovera mode).
