"Scientifically, there is no plant more and better documented than the Aloe Vera", as declared this afternoon at San Antonio Catholic University of Murcia, Botany expert and Cell Biology at the University of Alcalá de Henares, and creator of Veracetics Jose Miguel Zapata.
The biologist and botanist, has pronounced the conference `The Spin Off campus.

The specialist in Plant Biology, José Miguel Zapata, explained during his speech that Veracetics, was born at the University of Alcalá de Henares, under a research project commissioned by the American company Home Care, to study the medicinal properties of Aloe Vera extract, rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.
"We focused our research activity in this plant extract, in response to its application, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and hiploglucemiante antivaricose. Zapata has stood out among the awards and accolades garnered by Veracetics, the first prize in the Competition III and New Business Ideas Base Tecnológica madri + d in the area of ​​Biotechnology and Food and Agriculture, the second prize in the Ideas for Building Technology Based Companies for the Agrifood Sector, sponsored by the University of Cadiz, the Andalusian and the "Premio Bancaja Young Entrepreneurs "which recognizes the contribution to the socioeconomic development of the company in its area of ​​operation, the momentum of entrepreneurship, innovation, diversification, and the support provided to youth entrepreneurship.
