Professor of Applied Economics at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid José Luis García Delgado will offer morning, day 7, the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Murcia, a conference entitled "Spain in Europe in the beginning of the second decade of XXI century: a double crossroads.
