National Police agents belonging to the Brigada Provincial de Murcia Judicial Police have broken up an organized group dedicated to drug trafficking, operating in various localities of Murcia.
It has arrested a total of sixteen people who were accused of committing crimes against public health.
The investigation began earlier this year, when agents detected the movement of the members of this criminal organization, who were settled in the towns of Torres de Cotillas, Roldan, Torre Pacheco and Murcia, where the organization had created a network of drug distribution points.

After collecting and analyzing this data, between the twenty-one and March 22, developed an operation which arrested sixteen members of the group and took out five records in homes used by them in the towns of Las Cotillas towers, Murcia and in the Torre Golf Resort San Javier.
Research has shown that members of the organization introduced the drug in Spain and hid in houses where the adulterated and prepared for distribution to the one used several cafes, owned by some of the investigation.
In these places were operated large number of doses of cocaine ready for sale.
Agents found great difficulty in carrying out investigations that led to the dismantling of the organization, and that researchers take a lot of security measures to avoid detection, both in their movements as in private homes and in places where concealed narcotic substances.
In one of the records has uncovered a system of concealment and transportation of drugs, consisting of a butane gas cylinder with a hole at its base and whose interior was used as a container to hold the drug.
A total of seventeen people have been arrested and have seized five hundred grams of cocaine, one hundred grams of methamphetamine "crystal", various amounts of hashish and marijuana, three precision scales and various materials and equipment for the handling and adulteration of narcotic substances .
The last of these arrests took place on March 30, when a member of the organized group that had not been arrested, was located in a villa located in the town of Ceuta.
When members of the device tried to come to his arrest, the researched fled to the villa next to the one he occupied and was to intimidate the owner with a gun to try to avoid arrest, which finally came after being reduced by acting agents.
The detainees, of Spanish nationality, Colombia and Paraguay, were made available to the magistrates court for acting as guard, past 24 and 31 March.
