The professor at the University of Barcelona Rosina Girones Llop held tomorrow, on 31 at 11:30 am, a conference on molecular detection of viruses in water and the environment in the room of degrees of the Faculty of Biology Universidad de Murcia.
The rapporteur has worked over 25 years in environmental virology in the field of detection and transmission of viruses in water and food and investigated in the Laboratory of Infectious Diseases, NIH (USA).
It also directs the research group of the Generalitat of Catalonia on "Microbiology of water related to health."
The activity is part of the official Master of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology.
In addition, the Faculty of Mathematics will host a conference tomorrow on "Navier-Stokes: the millennium bug. A personal perspective", developed by Professor of the University of Castilla-La Mancha Pablo Pedregal Tercero.
The talk will begin at 17:00 pm in the auditorium with the center.
