This Easter, like last year, the Nazarenes of Murcia again have the support point, after the processions, the Nazarenes to prevent and correct any trouble thanks to the work of professional school for Physical Therapy .

The College of Physiotherapists of Murcia, in collaboration with the City Council of Guilds Superior de Murcia, will operate during Holy Week a free focal point for professionals of the Physiotherapy address the pathologies that can suffer the Nazarenes.

It is the second time that this initiative takes place in Murcia.

Last year, that was when he launched this initiative for the first time, the College of Physiotherapists served more than 280 people.

The focus will be on the headquarters of the College of Physiotherapists, located on Calle María Guerrero, Roll back, and take into account the Nazarenes from day 18 to 24 April.

The schedule is as follows:

- From Monday 18 to Wednesday April 20 the hours will be from 9.30 to 14 and 16 to 20 hours.

- From Thursday 21 to Sunday, April 24 schedule will only be tomorrow, from 9.30 to 14 hours.

The Nazarenes, shelves and stewards can go to prevent injuries caused by long-distance and weight as back pain or to treat ailments.

In addition, the College has published some leaflets with information, tips and exercises to strengthen and tone the muscles and prevent injury from the processions.

Twenty professionals will work these days to offer this service to the Nazarenes Murcia.

Attendance in 2010

The Nazarenes served over seven days have shown their great satisfaction with their treatment and have qualified for the most part the treatments and a total resolution of their problems and physical muscle.

The leaflets have been published to the liking of the brothers who have suggested them to have more time for years to come, and with the advice of the College of Physiotherapists from the months leading up to Easter, a request to remain vigilant and ready .

- Cervical spine: 23% of the assistance made

- Lumbar spine: 21%

- Shoulder, trapezes: 21%

- Lower extremities (including quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, ankle and foot): 17%

- Thoracic and interscapular muscles: 13%

- Upper limb (arm, elbow, wrist and hand): 5%

- We emphasize that all cervical muscles (neck) and shoulder accumulate 44% of total attendances.
