Agents of the Police Headquarters of Murcia, belonging to the Provincial Brigade Aliens and Borders, in collaboration with the local Labour Inspectorate of Murcia, was arrested last March 14, a Spanish citizen 44-year-old neighbor Molina de Segura, who is charged with offenses of forgery, fraud and encouragement of illegal immigration.

The investigations began in September last year, after finding a series of irregularities in certain records handling work and residence permits to foreigners.

After performing the appropriate steps, it was found that the defendant contacted with foreigners in an irregular situation, with the aim of offering false employment contracts that could be used to obtain residence permits and work in our country.

Because as a former officer in Murcia for a temporary employment agency and knowledge of administrative procedures, the researcher uses commercial identities of some companies they had worked for or with whom he had business links to provide those same contracts companies looking for authenticity and sell them to people who want to use them to argue face-to-work activities of administrative regularization.

Sometimes contracts carried out include the same employer.

For these procedures amounts charged between 600 and 1200 euros.

So far 20 contracts have been detected from these features, which have been invalidated in the relevant administrative adjustment procedures, while still reviewing the cases which might have involved the investigation or any of the companies used fraudulently by this.
