The justice minister, Francisco Caamaño, will open tomorrow, day 22, the V International Congress on Human Rights and Procedural Law, organized by the University of Murcia, to be held in the auditorium of the institution on the campus of Merced.

Caamaño, prior to the opening of Congress, signed the Golden Book of the University during a ceremony to be held in the Board Room of the Faculty of Law at 10:00 hours.

The opening ceremony will be held at the Auditorium, from 10:30 am, and it also include the president, José Antonio Cobacho, and academic directors of Congress, teachers Fernando Jiménez and José Luis Conde Mirete Navarro.
