The Theatre program Bernal of El Palmar 'Silence' to commemorate Women's Day (11/03/2011)

On Sunday, little ones can enjoy a version of 'Cinderella'

The Theatre Bernal of El Palmar offers this weekend a special program to commemorate Women's Day, on Tuesday.

On Saturday, at 21 hours, the company will offer the Railway 'Silence', directed by Paco Macia, and the actors Gema Galiana, David Azorín Eloisa Garcia Coll and give life to the characters in 'The Silence of Mary' Carles Cortés's novel in which the stage show is based.

The story takes place in two contrasting scenarios, Fontcalent prison in Alicante and the city of Dubai (UAE), although both are marked by common elements such as lack of freedom and enforced silence.

Hector, on remand accused of murdering his wife, Mary, is visited by a mysterious woman, Laura, who will become a cornerstone of the plot for his voice recreates and discover the past of the deceased in the UAE and while it lived in a polygamous marriage first.

Tickets are four six euros.

Sunday is the turn of child age and Zero Theatre Company offers an adaptation of the classic The Cenienta, directed by Pilar Culiáñez and versioned by Desiree Lozano offering a hilarious and heartwarming story that will appeal to children and adults.

The work will begin at 12 hours and the ticket price is two euros.

To buy tickets, there are three different ways: In the theater ticket office (Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 17.30 to 20.30 and Sundays from 10 hours to start of function), telemarketing (calling 968 882 329, Thursday of 19 to 20.30 hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 17.30 to 20.30, and Sundays, from 10 hours to start of function) and online at www.cam.es the next day to get to the box office.
