Beatriz Hontoria presents equality policies in the City Council meeting to be held tomorrow Municipia in Albacete (09/03/2011)

The forum will discuss cooperation on gender and local

Councilmember Employment, Civil Protection and Development Cooperation, Beatriz Hontoria today attends the meeting in Albacete Municipia 'Building Government, promoting equality and development', which will discuss gender and local cooperation.

The forum is organized by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECI) and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP).

Hontoria involved and the experience in equality policies developed in the municipality of Murcia.

Along with the mayor of Murcia will present the President of the FEMP, the Secretary of State for International Cooperation, President of the Diputación de Albacete, the Mayor of Albacete, mayors of cities in Brazil, Peru, Mexico and Burkina Faso, mayors of Albacete cord and municipalities, the Mayor of Santa Coloma, Collado Villalba Mayor and the Mayor of Jaén.

The objective is to analyze the experiences that can be applied to improve gender equality policies at the local level.
