The agreement will allow 250 members of the band, including members and teachers, to hold 16 concerts throughout the year.

The collaboration stems from the interest of the Town Council to promote and support cultural manifestation in Murcia.

The Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, has this morning signed an agreement with four musical groups in the Municipality of Murcia, which should boost awareness of its activities and music to all citizens.

The event was attended Rafael Gomez, Councilmember Quality and Modernization of the Administration, Events and Popular Culture.

The signing of the agreement brought together the Band Beniaján Musical, Musical Youth Association Cabezo de Torres, Musician Cultural Association "The Muses" of Guadalupe and Bacons Bridge Music Association.

These groups maintain a total of 900 students in their respective schools of music, which should add the musicians from their bands and teachers, which number around 250.

The agreement will allow them to hold up to 16 concerts funded by the city of Murcia.

The Mayor reiterated the commitment of the Municipality of Murcia with the momentum of cultural policies designed to protect, safeguard and restore the cultural heritage of the municipality.

He has also pointed out that thousands of families are actively involved in various musical groups, transmitting this knowledge from generation to generation, ensuring their culture and stay in society.

Miguel Angel House has added many municipal cooperation projects with different musical entities, most notably the future municipal cultural center of Guadalupe, which will provide the district of an auditorium and a music school, which will coordinate the Band The Muses .
