The PSOE candidate for Mayor of Murcia, Pedro Lopez, along with several members of his candidacy and spokesman, Alfonso Navarro, have held this morning a meeting with CROEM board headed by its president, Miguel del Toro.
Lopez explained that this meeting is part of the need for the City to lead the economic development in the town and getting involved in a major way to encourage job creation.
It has also coincided with the representatives of the business organization that the definition of a model municipality must be a common goal among all social partners and government.
In this sense, the socialist candidate has requested the participation of entrepreneurs in the strategic plan, Murcia 100% prepared by the PSOE and sets the standards to guide the development of the municipality in the short, medium and long term where the economy plays a big role in rebalancing the growth of the city and its districts.
During the meeting also discussed other matters of municipal administration as the payment of municipal debt, the delay in the payment of suppliers of the City of Murcia and stagnation suffered by the Planning Department.
