Cortes traffic Saturday and Sunday XXXI edition of the Tour of Murcia (03/03/2011)

Local Police and Civil Protection will launch on Sunday a special device made up of 46 officers and 25 Civil Defence volunteers

The town hosts the second and third stages of the XXXI edition of the Tour of Murcia.

To mark the conclusion of the tests conducted traffic courts in the city.

On Saturday, March 5, the squad will leave the new plaza Estrella de Levante (Juan Carlos I-Espinardo), at 11.55 hours, en route to the head Cortao, according to Alguazas and ending in Sierra Espuña.

It will produce alternative traffic courts as cyclists go by the route.

On Sunday, March 6, will develop the third stage of the Tour in time trial mode.

The special device Local Police and Civil Protection will consist of 46 officers and 25 volunteers with the aim of ensuring the normal development of the cycling race, the safety of riders and reduce as far as possible the inconvenience to drivers.

The traffic courts will remain between 10.45 am (areas near the exit) and 15.00 (finish area), approx.

The riders will leave Churra, Cash with Europe and will travel 12.4 miles to the finish line, located in Plaza Fuensanta.

It is envisaged that the first broker to do at 11.15 am and the last at 13.10 hours.

Churra pass by Avenida Juan de Borbon, Avda Kingdom of Murcia, Carretera de Alicante, Avda 1. º de Mayo, c / Mayor Jorge Palacios, Paseo de Garay, Plaza de la Cruz Roja, Avda Teniente Flomesta, Plaza Martínez Tornel and Gran Via Sculptor housed.

2) Avda Kingdom of Murcia, Carretera de Alicante and Miguel Indurain Avenue to Avenida Juan de Borbon.
