Admiral Chief of Staff of the Navy presented the Chair of Naval History at the University of Murcia (25/02/2011)

Manuel Rebollo Garcia, chief of staff Admiral of the Navy, will present the Tuesday, March 1 at the University of Murcia Department of Naval History, which have promoted the educational institution and the Ministry of Defence.

The presentation, which will be held from 12:00 pm at the Chamber of Arts and will be chaired by the rector of the University, José Antonio Cobacho, and the highest authority of the Navy, including the inaugural lecture of the Chair by teacher and member of the Royal Academy of History Carlos Martínez Shaw.

After the presentation, academic and military know illustrative panels and ship models that have been installed in the cloister of the Faculty of Law in connection with the implementation of the Chair.

The lecture will be led by history professor Juan José Sánchez Baena.
