The engineer Javier Manterola gives a speech at the School of Tourism (23/02/2011)

Javier Navarro Engineer Manterola, author of the Malecon Gateway will offer morning, day 24, a lecture at the School of Tourism at the University of Murcia.

Manterola, designer works like the Segura River Bridge Sewer, the Lorca Footbridge, Bilbao, Spain Bridge or Puente de las Delicias de Sevilla, will discuss the need to consider public works as works of art.
