The Government delegate visiting El Palmar three works financed by the Plan E (16/02/2011)

The Government of Spain invests in El Palmar over 5 million through State Funds, 2009 and 2010

The government delegate in Murcia, Rafael González Tovar, visited 3 works financed entirely by the Government of Spain through State Funds, 2009 and 2010, which involves an overall investment of more than 2.1 million euros have created 36 jobs.

The first visit was made to the round of intersection between the main street, Avenida Primero de Mayo, Avenida de las Palmeras and Rosales Avenue, which is able to increase road safety in the area and facilitate the movement of large numbers of vehicles in the area.

The work has been financed entirely by the State Fund 2009 and has received an investment of 528,422 euros and has offered jobs to 13 people.

Subsequently, we visited the new Municipal Youth Center which offers rooms for cultural activities and leisure.

Has received an investment of the Fund's 2009 more than 1.5 million euros and its construction has created 15 jobs.

Finally, we have moved to the repair of the sports and fencing in the Barrio de los Rosales have been fully funded by the State Fund 2010 and has received an investment of 159,999 euros and created 8 jobs.

This is a project to promote grassroots sport and a healthy alternative to spend their leisure time.

Tovar Gonzalez recalled that thanks to the E Plan Funds 2009-2010 is being carried out in El Palmar 11 construction projects that have involved an investment by the Government of José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero over 5 million euros and the who have managed to create 207 jobs, which is one of the key objectives of Plan E.
