The jury notes that it is an original composition in the module, equipped with an appropriate use of color and design integrated with the environment.

The first prize lies with the project titled "Heterotopia" and signed by a team led by Juan Antonio Sánchez Morales.

The Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, accompanied by the dean of the College of Architects, Antonio García Herrero, presented this afternoon by the failure of competition for the design of new houses that make up the craft market garden of saltpeter.

The jury met at the College of Architects last February 4, consists of the following technical positions: Antonio Castillo, Councillor for Housing, Transport and Trade, Antonio García Herrero, Dean of the College of Architects of Murcia; Christopher Smith, Councilman Decentralization Zahif Nouri Fatima, President of the Dealers Association of San Esteban, José Luis Cano, an architect appointed by the City of Murcia, Andrew Brugarolas, architect designated by the College of Architects, and Antonio Cutillas, Chief Management Service of the City of Murcia.

The jury considered the following grant awards:

1 st Prize: Proposal No. 50 with the slogan: Heterotopia.
