The baker Andrew Marble, pastry La Gloria of El Palmar, won first prize in the national World Chocolate Masters for Best Cake
The Murcia can enjoy the best cake in Spain.
The master chocolatier Andrew Marble, pastry La Gloria of El Palmar, last week won first prize for Best Cake Chocolate World Masters, and the third in the general category, held at the Chocolate Academy Chocovic of Barcelona.
In this competition, which has five different categories (general, cake, candy, dessert and a piece of art), participated as finalists in five pastry chefs in Spain.
The cake in question, called Naranchoc, is a milk chocolate mousse with caramel Murcia orange-flavored, creamy chocolate with 70% black, gianduia creamy, crunchy chocolate brownie cake, all bathed in mirror coating chocolate.
Remember that Marble won the dessert in honor of the Infanta Leonor, among other awards.
Marble, accompanied by President of Arepa, Juan Antonio Cano, welcomed the Mayor Miguel Ángel Cámara and Councilman Antonio Castillo, taking advantage of the occasion.
