The University of Murcia has developed a series of academic events to mark the opening of the School of Optometry, whose official opening was held on Monday 31 January.
One of these acts was in the conference who gave the director of the Institute of Optics of the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas, Susana Marcos Celestino, and the director of the Institute of Applied Ophthalmology, University of Valladolid, José Carlos Pastor Jimeno.
Susana Marcos spoke in his lecture on innovations in eye image, while the intervention of Professor at the University of Valladolid tried on applied research in ophthalmology.
The event was attended by various academic authorities, teachers and members of the Health Service of Murcia and the College of Opticians and Optometrists, and included the operations of the rector of the University of Murcia, José Antonio Cobacho, the Vice Chancellor and Manuel Vidal Dean, curator of that faculty, Paloma Sobrado.
