Councilmember Employment, Civil Protection and Development Cooperation, Beatriz Hontoria, delivered this morning diplomas to twelve students in the course of ham cutters, organized by the Municipality of Murcia, with the collaboration of El Pozo, and taught by Alfonso Ortiz Robles teacher.
More than 150 students have already been formed as ham cutters with this initiative.
The course was conducted on Friday and Saturday in the Local Development Agency.

Students have received a dossier with the theory, a ham Book The Well of 8 kg, a jamonera, a carving knife, a sharpener, an apron, lunch and certificate of attendance.
