Teachers and students of the School of Psychology at the University of Murcia have focused today at the doors of this center to claim the health status of the psychological profession.

Currently, the Law on Health Professions, 2003 excludes psychology as a health profession and this condition limits the psychologists specializing in clinical psychology.

The powers of Psychology in Spain, the Official College of Psychologists of all the State and the Council of Students of this discipline have held protests on Thursday in protest against the, in their opinion, unjust exclusion and inadequate solutions to date has given the National Government.

The rector of the University of Murcia, José Antonio Cobacho, went to the concentration as a sign of support for the claim.
