Socialist spokesman Alfonso Navarro, stresses the importance of analyzing the management that has taken place over the years in the Planning Department and that has led to open criminal proceedings by the trial court Murcia number 8 by the operation called Umbra

PSOE spokesman, Alfonso Navarro, has requested in writing to the mayor of Murcia the convening in extraordinary session, and within the deadlines set by the Basic Law on Local Government, the full commission for general affairs to study and discuss situation created by open criminal proceedings in the Court of Instruction No. 8 for the case called Umbra in which defendants are the Town Planning and senior Management, among others.

For Navarro, "is strictly necessary to analyze the management has taken place over the years in the Planning Department and that has led to open criminal proceedings against officials of the municipal planning manager.
