The study proposes the use of dialectical philosophy as psychotherapeutic orientation most conducive to interaction in the care of patients with this disorder, characterized by an unstable sense of self, a high level of impulsivity and affective instability high.

The results obtained in the literature search has led the authors of the article, among which is the lecturer of the Faculty of Nursing Concha Rivera, to suggest this therapy as a tool that encourages better nurse-patient relationship, greater adherence to treatment and greater efficiency in managing time and resources.

Perceptions and feelings of women abandoned delirium in patients with hip fracture and the biopsychosocial profile of the mother and her relationship with the abandonment of breastfeeding are other topics that appear in the online issue of this journal.
