The online radio from the UCAM has chosen this setting for its official launch the tenth edition of the SeCyT to be held from 4 to 7 November in the Jardines del Malecón, where it transfers its programming with live radio activity on the street.
The School of Communication has launched a college radio in which more than 50 people, mostly students of this faculty, but also in other subjects such as Criminology, physiotherapy, psychology or law and administration staff and services University.
The aim of iradio UCAM, as its coordinators, Isabel García and M ª Carmen Robles is "to train students in professional radio practices framed within a teaching innovation project while serving as a promotional platform for the students."
The activity began last April with the production and dissemination in tests of four programs, and now with a new web site, iradio UCAM has eight programs on various topics that have become a reality, and five in the project. "
Iradio coordinators and teachers of Communication Studies invites students to visit the stand of the UCAM for "they know how to carry out the programs and to participate actively in them."
