The University of Murcia held today, day 2, and tomorrow a scientific meeting of the Research Group "Jihad and International Law and the Alliance of Civilizations" which will be held at Graduate Hall School of Law, on the campus of Merced.
At this meeting, directed by Professor of International Law at the University of Murcia Cesareo Gutierrez Espada, will include the involvement of other teachers from different Spanish universities.
The first day will be devoted to the study of the response given by the international community to terrorism, essentially, that of Islamic origin and the legitimate defense against these terrorist activities.
Wednesday's session will be devoted to holding a panel discussion on approaches that can occur in response to the phenomenon of international terrorism and in which teachers intervene and a police inspector.
Professor Gutiérrez Espada is the director of this scientific project granted by the Seneca Foundation.
