Los Jardines del Malecón de Murcia will host starting next November 4 to Sunday 7, the tenth edition of the Week of Science and Technology (SeCyT), which involved the UCAM along with the other universities region and various research centers, educational and technological, to complete a total of 60 institutions.
San Antonio Catholic University participate in a program of activities that run from the field of architecture to CAFD through Information Technology, Nursing, Communication, Nutrition and Occupational Therapy
The Director of Research and Transfer of the UCAM, Luis Tejada, explained that "these workshops is to bring young people, teachers and families a little demonstration of innovation and research currently underway in the region."
Tejada has weighed positively the UCAM participation in the 2010 edition of the Science Week and said stressed the importance of vocations oriented face to the world of science among the young.
"Despite the great effort and work involved in organizing a national event of its kind, it is worth when each year sees great success with activities," she added.
From the point of view of the organization, it is noteworthy that in addition to scheduled workshops, scientists themselves have an opportunity to maintain direct contact with the public attending the event.
