The Plenum of the Municipal Corporation has approved this morning by the Economic and Financial Plan, with the votes against the municipal IU-LV group and the non-socialist municipal group.

Reducing costs and receiving protocol.

8.

Reduction of 50% of advertising expenditure.

9.

Deletion of 80% of regular mail to calls for actions, is now handled via the Internet.

10.

Control of fuel for city vehicles.

Control of air conditioning use in municipal buildings.

12.

Reduction in salaries for council members, officers and temporary personnel

13. Reduction, generally 30% of subsidies and suspension of others.

The head of the Treasury pointed out that "if the state had given us 13 million euros that belonged to us, the settlement of the 2009 budget would have yielded a surplus, but this deficiency has been supplied with great effort carried out by all councilors responsible for municipal services through the improvement plan.
