The Mayor opened the new Camera Housing Fair driven by Association of Real Estate The Fair includes a comprehensive range of advice to new buyers as well as many offers and discounts. (22/10/2010)

The Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Ángel Cámara, inaugurated this morning the Housing Fair in the Region of Murcia, a new opportunity to reach out to one of the biggest offers of housing in the region.

The Fair will keep open its doors until next Sunday at the Hotel NH, from 11.00 am to 20.00 pm.

This event is organized by the Real Estate Association of Real Estate in the Region of Murcia, a nonprofit organization, founded in 1979, and aims to achieve the best customer service and high quality products sector .

The Fair includes an extensive program of free talks to offer advice to those concerned about the buying process, assistance from the Housing Plan and the completion of the deduction for house purchase.

Other offerings included in this meeting, which was attended by a large number of property companies in the region, are planned housing developments with a single payment of 3,000 euros and subrogation in the mortgage loan of 258 euros per month, housing prices mortgage, 20% discount on final prices or gift of a second garage.

Fair promoters point out that behind the corporate image of the Association there was a large group of companies that have voluntarily joined forces to provide the best customer service, achieve the highest quality of products and ensure the continuity and permanence sector, through constant learning and information.
