Pelegrín inaugurated this afternoon the course of resolving conflicts peacefully and beneficial for all is aimed at managers of larger social centers of town and the Local Development Agency, after 17 hours (13/10/2010)

Learn to resolve conflicts in a peaceful way, not only helps preserve the relationships between citizens, and prevent serious consequences in the field of human relations, it helps to consolidate a more inclusive, supportive and cooperative.

This is the aim of the course "Learning to negotiate and resolve conflicts peacefully and mutually beneficial," which will provide from now, in Building Local Development Agency in C / Azarbe Paper, 22 Murcia of 17 to 19 hours.

Involving seven urban centers, with 20 people.

The course is designed for Board members with the overall objective to facilitate its role as mediator in conflicts that may arise in community life center.

The course schedule will be inaugurated this afternoon by the Deputy Mayor for Social Welfare Policy and Equality, María del Carmen Pelegrin, is as follows: On 13.20 and 27 October, 3, 10, 17 and 24 November 1 and December 15, 2010, 12 and 26 January and 9 February 2011, at 17:00 hours to 19:00 hours.

The course will be taught by Salvador Godoy Fernandez, BA in Psychology and also has the following objectives:

- Knowledge and awareness of the benefits of peaceful conflict resolution through the application of mediation.

- Establish the conflicts that often occur in the social centers for the elderly.

- Learning skills and techniques necessary to intervene to facilitate the peaceful resolution of conflicts, and under this objective also aims to develop communication skills and negotiation.

To provide the maximum that the positions ( Student @ s ) can learn and apply the role of mediators in the conflicts that have to be resolved, the course includes a premium learning methodology applied methodology involved the active participation of students which enables personal integration of theoretical concepts, techniques and personal experience.

To facilitate and ensure effective implementation of lessons learned during the course, including finishing the course after three sessions of monitoring and supervision, spaced in time, to help resolve any questions and / or managerial difficulties that may be found in the application of course content.
