Work begins to transform the Clock Tower Bacons Bridge in Bethlehem House (13/10/2010)

The Mayor and the President of the Autonomous Region this morning presided over the ceremony of laying the first stone.

The project, which will invest 1 million euros, combines the rehabilitation of the original building with new building extension and refurbishment of the courtyard

Recovering the architectural and historical heritage and at the same time, promoting artisan roots have always been hallmarks of Bacons Bridge are the two main objectives pursued by the rehabilitation of the Clock Tower, that after the intervention will become the House of Bethlehem.

The oldest building

Clock Tower or Tower Ayllón, located in Tower Lane, is the oldest building Bacons Bridge.
