Murcia City Council, after inspecting the register of the facilities of the Planning Department, states the following clarifications:
1.
Murcia City Council investigated the facts known to be under a gag order.
2.
The Consistory maintains cooperation at all times with the Administration of Justice and makes available all the means to facilitate the work of research.
3.
The City understands that all administrative procedures have been produced in accordance with the law and hopes that this situation is clarified urgently, in order that there is uncertainty.
4.
Murcia City Council has forwarded all information has been requested by the courts in a timely manner and administrative records are public.
