The School of Tourism at the University of Murcia and hotel managers have agreed to create a permanent forum of opinion for the purpose of discussing issues related to this sector and implement initiatives that are created in support of it advisable.
The agreement was adopted during the meeting sponsored by that university and also worked on the training of professionals and qualitative step within the same has the university level.
The forum will also focus on promoting innovation in the tourism sector to respond to customer demands a more demanding and varied.
Another issue discussed was that of research in tourism, together with sector analysis, management of the hotel business and tourism promotion strategies.
The director of the School, Professor Manuela Lopez Tenes, has highlighted the importance of the research will start the Masters in Hotel Management, sponsored by that university.
