The PSOE mayor José Zapata defend a motion in plenary on Thursday demanding that the municipal PP solutions to the problems of communication and isolation experienced by residents of Gea and Truyols in the rainy season, as a result of floods that occur F19 on the old road, particularly in the section that connects this hamlet with the station Riquelme.
The neighbors have long been suffering from this situation that jeopardizes their quality of life - report Zapata-who insists noted that this is exacerbated when heavy rainfall occurs, leaving this road cut due to the passage of water from at least five valleys and runoff that cross the road.
Therefore, the Socialist councilor asked the PP, after studying the problem, design, project, tendering and contract the necessary work to resolve the circumstances described, in addition to damaging the lives of the inhabitants, causing damage to vehicles and traffic hazards in the area.
